The Landing at Hickory Grove Roadway and Parking Restoration Initiative

Description:

The Landing at Hickory Grove focuses on critical infrastructure renewal. We seek to initiate and complete a phased two-to-five-year capital plan dedicated to the full re-pavement of private roadways and the re-marking of parking spaces. This effort is essential to preserving community property values, ensuring resident safety, and modernizing aging infrastructure in the domain of a private Homeowner’s Association. This long-term commitment will safeguard the community's common spaces and functionality for decades to come.
