Heart2Home Youth Housing Stability Lab

Project Description:

The Heart2Home Youth Housing Stability Lab is Glennis Davis' initiative to prevent youth homelessness by empowering young people to help design solutions that address housing instability in Mecklenburg County. Through youth-led collaboration, community partnerships, and trauma-informed practices, the project aims to identify at-risk youth earlier, improve access to housing resources, and strengthen connections between schools, service providers, and families. By elevating youth voices and fostering cross-sector collaboration, the initiative seeks to create sustainable pathways to housing stability and brighter futures for young people across the community
